Moving People Safely Since 2014

ODS Transportation began with a vision, one van, and a $5,000 loan from our founder's late aunt. What started as a small transportation company with limited resources has grown into an organization operating more than 100 vehicles and serving communities through multiple areas of transportation and mobility.

For Christopher C. King III, President and Founder of ODS Transportation, that first $5,000 represented far more than startup capital. It represented someone believing in his vision before there was a fleet, a team, or a track record. That belief became part of the foundation on which ODS was built.

From the beginning, our purpose has been bigger than simply moving people from one destination to another. Transportation creates access. It connects a student to an education, an employee to an opportunity, a traveler to a destination, an individual with disabilities to greater independence, and communities to the people and places that matter.

School transportation became the foundation of ODS and taught us the importance of safety, consistency, compassion, accountability, and trust. Today, we are building on that foundation to create a comprehensive transportation and mobility company serving schools, universities, businesses, hotels, airports, healthcare organizations, individuals with developmental disabilities, families, corporations, events and communities.

Our expanding services include student transportation, university and employee shuttles, executive and black car transportation, airport and hotel transportation, charter and motor coach service, microtransit, paratransit, ADA and wheelchair-accessible transportation, corporate and event transportation, and supplemental transportation solutions.

But our vision reaches beyond vehicles.

Through initiatives such as IMPACT 360, our commitment extends to helping young people discover purpose, mentorship, career opportunities and pathways toward a stronger future. Through our developmental-disabilities services, we are working to provide transportation and support that promote independence, dignity and greater access to the community.
